Key Responsibilities:- Develop Training Programs: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels within the organization, focusing on skills development and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate Schedules: Arrange training schedules and venues to ensure all employees have access to necessary training, considering factors like timing, location, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that training programs align with industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring the organization remains compliant and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with Department Managers: Work closely with department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored programs addressing these requirements.
- Provide Guidance and Support: Offer guidance and support to employees throughout the training process, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

- Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
