About the Role
The Clinical Unit Coordinator will ensure that all patient administration is completed effectively and efficiently, adhering to company policies and deadlines. Additionally, they will oversee the implementation of financial policies and procedures, confirming billing, managing stock, and waste disposal. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and interdepartmental staff to deliver optimal service standards. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for training and educating staff about the Administration function in the unit, keeping their knowledge up-to-date and demonstrating National Renal Care's values and caring approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient completion of patient administration tasks per company policies and deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation of financial policies and procedures, including billing, stock management, and waste disposal.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and interdepartmental staff to deliver optimal service standards.
  • Train and educate staff about the Administration function in the unit.
