We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training plans.
  2. Collaborate with departmental managers to identify learning needs.
  3. Design and deliver training sessions using various formats (in-person, online, blended).
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  5. Communicate training results to stakeholders.

Required Education and Certifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field.
  2. ODETDP Diploma and registered Skills Development Facilitation (SDF).
  3. Facilitator and Assessor (EDTP).
  4. OPETDP Diploma and Registered SDF.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  1. 5+ years in L&D, ideally in a fast-paced environment like retail or hospitality.
  2. Strong facilitation, communication, and e-learning skills.
  3. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
