Job Description

We are recruiting for a strong administrator to support our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Typing and formatting CVs
  • Conducting references checks
  • Packing and preparing documents
  • Filing and maintaining records in order

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high level of administrative experience
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

You should also have a good understanding of basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is R150,000 - R180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical aid, pension fund, and annual leave.
