About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to provide high-level support to our client's management team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate schedules for senior staff members
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the management team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A diploma in Personal Assistant or Secretary certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
