Job Description

As an Administrative Support Officer at TalentCru, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordination of administrative tasks to optimize workflow procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Manage departmental actions to ensure timely completion and implementation.
  • Coordinate inputs for planning and delivery processes relating to departmental strategy execution.
  • Ensure administrative processes are in place and followed within the Department.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven secretarial and administration experience.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of office software packages, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
