Job Title: Corporate Learning Strategist

At ACB Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Learning Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to meet business objectives
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions to promote employee development
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in training and development
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in training and development
- Skills Development Facilitation Course by ETDP
- Assessor Certification by ETDP
- Train the Trainer Certification
