Job Title: Business Development Consultant

TalentCru is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team in Gauteng. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market research
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
  • 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative environment
  • Experience selling to and influencing C-level executives
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
