About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Expansion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve profit targets and expand business reach in FMCG export markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving Business Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve profit targets and expand business reach.
  • Identifying Market Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand business reach in FMCG export markets.
  • Leading Sales Teams: Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and expand business reach.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with market regulations in all sales and export activities, with a focus on INCOTERMS and export logistics.
  • Travel and Business Development: Travel to designated markets every 6 weeks to meet clients and explore business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • FMCG Sales Experience: Proven track record in FMCG sales, particularly for export markets.
  • Export Trading Knowledge: Knowledge of INCOTERMS and export logistics, with hands-on experience in both buying and selling.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to lead sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Financial Analysis: Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret financial figures.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in French is advantageous.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
