Market Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Expansion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve profit targets and expand business reach in FMCG export markets.
Key Responsibilities- Driving Business Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve profit targets and expand business reach.
- Identifying Market Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand business reach in FMCG export markets.
- Leading Sales Teams: Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and expand business reach.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with market regulations in all sales and export activities, with a focus on INCOTERMS and export logistics.
- Travel and Business Development: Travel to designated markets every 6 weeks to meet clients and explore business development opportunities.
- FMCG Sales Experience: Proven track record in FMCG sales, particularly for export markets.
- Export Trading Knowledge: Knowledge of INCOTERMS and export logistics, with hands-on experience in both buying and selling.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to lead sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Financial Analysis: Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret financial figures.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in French is advantageous.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
