At Empire Recruitment, we seek a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to champion the implementation of worldwide HR procedures while fostering a culture of professional growth.

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for:

Organisation Development & Global Reporting:

  • Providing monthly HR KPIs and Matrix reports to HQ.
  • Collaborating with various departments to implement Group HR policies and procedures.
  • Submitting an annual Employment Equity Report to the Local Labor Department.

Training & Development:

  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs for executives and operators.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers and managing the training calendar.
  • Monitoring and evaluating training programs for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining training records and submitting a Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report to the Local Labor Department.

Recruiting:

  • Implementing HQ-defined recruitment procedures and tools.
  • Updating HQ on workforce planning and execution aligned with business strategy.

Personnel Administration & Payroll:

  • Managing full payroll processing, including monthly and weekly wages.
  • Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of claims, advances, and loans.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll data and responding to queries promptly.
  • Reconciling payroll reports and submitting relevant returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory deductions and labor legislation.
  • Distributing payslips and handling payroll-related compliance tasks.

Human Resource Administration:

  • Handling onboarding processes and drafting contracts for new hires.
  • Managing Medical Aid and Pension onboarding, maintenance, and terminations.
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files for all employees.
