Sales Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and manage customer forecasts to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist with customer queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal departments.
- Ensure adherence to quality and productivity objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum matric with Mathematics.
- 1-3 years sales administration experience.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Sage X3 experience is advantageous.
