Job Summary

Helderberg Personnel cc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders from customers, checking stock levels, and preparing quotations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process orders from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Check stock levels to ensure accurate quotations and prevent over-selling.
  • Prepare and communicate quotations to customers, highlighting the benefits of our products.
  • Process invoices and manage customer forecasts to ensure accurate sales projections.
  • Assist with customer queries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
  • Build relationships with customers and internal departments to drive sales growth.
  • Adhere to quality and productivity objectives, ensuring high standards of work.

Requirements

  • Matric with Mathematics or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-3 years of sales administration experience.
  • Proactive communication skills, with the ability to contact customers for orders.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills, with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Afrikaans an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Sage X3 experience is advantageous, but not essential.
