Job Summary
Helderberg Personnel cc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders from customers, checking stock levels, and preparing quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Check stock levels to ensure accurate quotations and prevent over-selling.
- Prepare and communicate quotations to customers, highlighting the benefits of our products.
- Process invoices and manage customer forecasts to ensure accurate sales projections.
- Assist with customer queries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
- Build relationships with customers and internal departments to drive sales growth.
- Adhere to quality and productivity objectives, ensuring high standards of work.
Requirements
- Matric with Mathematics or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of sales administration experience.
- Proactive communication skills, with the ability to contact customers for orders.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills, with a focus on building customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Afrikaans an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Sage X3 experience is advantageous, but not essential.
