Job Title: Junior CustomerJob Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Customer to join our team at Time Personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Management Team to identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  • Compile quotations, tenders, and budgets to meet client needs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • Matric certification and at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve successfully.
  • Exposed to marketing to increase sales within the business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Salary

R15k - R20k dependent on experience.
