Strategic Business Development Manager

At Optimal Growth Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day on-boarding and management of various retail partners, with a focus on driving scale for our voucher and buy now pay later products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Negotiate and manage complex partner agreements.
- Source, onboard, and retain new retail partners.
- Drive top-line GMV growth across partners and overall vouchers adoption.
- Develop and execute digital product initiatives with partners.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing retail partnerships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
