Job Description:

At Optimal Growth Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day on-boarding and management of various retail partners, with a focus on driving scale for our voucher and buy now pay later products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Negotiate and manage complex partner agreements.
  • Source, onboard, and retain new retail partners.
  • Drive top-line GMV growth across partners and overall vouchers adoption.
  • Develop and execute digital product initiatives with partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing retail partnerships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
