Sales Director

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targets
- Experience in electronic B2B sales, preferably in the security, electrical wholesales, or ICT distributors industry
- Affinity for technical products and solutions
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
