As a Sales and Business Development Professional at JenRec Recruitment, you will be responsible for promoting our company's products and services, identifying new markets and customer needs, and developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include preparing sales contracts, developing goals for the development team and business growth, and providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. You will also be responsible for conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, contacting potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings, and planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or related fields, and will be willing to travel internationally. A valid passport is required. The remuneration will be market-related, and the contract period will be permanent. The candidate must be well-presented at all times and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

* BEng Degree
* Average of 85% for matric (non-negotiable)
