Salesworx is an established provider of IVF Laboratory equipment on an international scale. We are seeking talent to join our highly successful sales team within the Gauteng region.


Job Overview

We offer a competitive basic salary of R30,000 per month. Additionally, we provide a cellphone allowance, medical aid, and performance bonus.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement dealer sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage dealer performance, providing support and guidance to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with dealers on sales and marketing efforts, fostering strong relationships.
  • Provide product training to dealers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Expand our dealer network, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct weekly sales planning and reporting, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Support dealers in their sales processes, addressing any challenges or concerns.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market and competitor activity, informing our sales strategy.
  • Nurture and manage relationships with dealers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Attend to daily quotations and leads within 24 hours, following up on quotations within 48 hours.
  • Loading leads, quotes, and clients onto Reddot, updating opportunities on the platform.
  • Pursue tender opportunities, positioning ourselves for success.
  • Represent Salesworx at industry events and dealer meetings, fostering connections and partnerships.

Requirements
  • A minimum requirement of Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. A relevant degree or diploma is advantageous.
  • Any medical and marketing qualifications would be a definite advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the target group of customers will be an advantage.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel (level 2 at least) and MS Word, are requirements for this position.
  • Clinical and product knowledge will be a definite advantage.
  • Existing relationships with our customer base will be a definite advantage.
