Business Development and Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development and Sales Specialist to join our team at Bidvest Facilities Management Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public sector to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, procurement teams, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our public sector clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our market share.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in public sector sales and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the Facilities Management industry and its supply dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
