Talent Acquisition Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to lead and inspire our recruitment team. This position will oversee the internal recruitment processes, manage team performance, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality candidates for both local and international clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the recruitment team to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent delivery of top talent to meet client requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize recruitment workflows and continuously improve processes to maximize team efficiency.
  • KPI and Performance Management: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline ratios, and conversion rates).
  • Recruitment Expertise: Provide hands-on support with technical recruitment and sourcing for key roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with leadership and provide regular updates on recruitment team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment operations, ideally in a high-volume agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition metrics, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with internal teams and leadership.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier talent solutions.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
