About the Role

This is a critical position that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, including invoicing, client management, and office maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • Assist walk-in clients and dealers with inquiries and paperwork;
  • Maintain office systems, including filing and data entry;
  • Support Vehicle Sales Personnel with administrative documentation;
  • Collaborate with Vehicle Buying Personnel to ensure seamless operations;
  • Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head Office;
  • Manage office equipment and supplies; and
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans);
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
  • Reside in Centurion or surrounding area;
  • No criminal record;
  • Contactable references and accurate employment history;
  • Availability to start immediately.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is market-related, with opportunities for growth and development within the company. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Provident Fund, Discovery Life Insurance, and 15 days' annual leave. In addition, we provide a competitive salary, ranging from R250,000 to R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
