Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the vehicle sales industry as an Administrative Coordinator. The role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Client Support: Assist walk-in clients and dealers with their queries and requirements.
  • Office Systems: Maintain office systems, including software and hardware, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation and Vehicle Buying Personnel with admin documentation.
Requirements:
  • Language: Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Transportation: Own transport and valid driver's license.
  • Availability: Willingness to work every second weekend and some public holidays.
