Administrative Support Coordinator

The Facilities Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Facilities and Infrastructure department, ensuring the efficient management of facilities and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with facilities-related duties, such as organizing meetings, preparing communications, and managing office equipment maintenance
• Coordinate travel arrangements and compile presentations, reports, and maintain accurate records of activities in the facilities and infrastructure department
• Manage monthly billing and administration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive the organization culture and lead employees within the facilities and infrastructure team
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in a facilities and infrastructure environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver's license
• Grade 12 (Matric) and a relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field (NQF 6)
• Facilities Management qualification advantageous
