Logistics Liaison Opportunity:

Ananzi invites applications for a Client Liaison Administrator to join their team in Kempton Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing documents, and coordinating logistical operations.

Main Job Duties:

  1. Client Support: Provide comprehensive support to clients through clear and professional communication.
  2. Document Management: Manage client-provided documents and permits to streamline shipment processing.
  3. Booking Services: Coordinate air and sea freight bookings according to client requirements.
  4. Issue Resolution: Promptly address client concerns, offering effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to guarantee timely service delivery and meet client expectations.
  6. Updates & Reporting: Regularly inform clients on shipment status, bookings, and related updates.

Requirements:

  1. Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the freight & logistics industry.
  2. Language Abilities: Native-level proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate with clients from various backgrounds.
  4. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  6. Problem-Solving: Efficient problem-solving skills, providing timely solutions to client concerns.
