About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in a key support role for the Litigation / Labor and Employment Practice Groups.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, secretarial, and document processing support to the assigned Practice Group. This includes utilizing Task Delegation and Workflow Management software to receive, enter, and update assignments; communicating with supervisors through software and/or directly; editing and proofreading correspondence, memorandums, reports, and other communications; maintaining attorney calendars and advising attorneys of appointments; updating attorney address books and InterAction entries; and assisting with time entry and travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF software, and the ability to work autonomously while also functioning effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Litigation / Labor and Employment Practice Groups
