Sales Team Manager Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team of sales agents to achieve business objectives, ensuring key performance metrics are consistently met.
    • Monitor and review the performance of all team members against agreed KPIs, taking corrective action as needed.
    • Recognize and reward outstanding team achievements and performance in line with company values.
    • Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics.
    • Measure, report, and communicate metric goal attainment for the assigned team.
    • Foster a culture of open communication, encouraging feedback and the sharing of ideas and best practices.
    • Maintain a team environment that supports the spirit of teamwork, commitment, and loyalty.
    • Contribute to the development of sales agents through coaching, mentoring, training, and support, ensuring they provide world-class service to clients and customers.
    • Deliver comprehensive coaching and training, including daily/weekly coaching, role-play, and dip checks.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 3-5 years sales team management experience with a solid track record.
    • Experience working in the UK market is advantageous.
    • Credit clearance is required.
    • Able to start within 2 weeks.
    • Able to work UK shifts up to 7/8pm.
