Job Description

As a Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team to develop and execute HR plans that align with the organisation's objectives.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Partnering with the leadership team to align people objectives with business objectives.
  • Implementing HR policies and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Attracting, managing, and developing top talent within the organisation.
  • Executing effective ER + IR strategy & framework to maintain harmonious industrial relations.

You will have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business partner role, preferably in a manufacturing set-up. Your expertise will be valuable in driving business growth and improving employee relations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Organisational Psychology, HRM, or an equivalent business degree.
