Senior Vehicle Sales Director

The Talent Room is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vehicle Sales Director to lead our New Vehicle department in George. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
About the RoleAs Senior Vehicle Sales Director, you will oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to final sale. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets and improve profitability through effective management of stock levels, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targeted sales volumes and maximize revenue.
- Stock Management: Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Pricing Strategy: Review and optimize pricing policies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitability
- Valid South African driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications
- Reliability and integrity
