We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Gap Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients, increasing revenue and market share for Gap Consulting.
- Results-Oriented: Maintain focus and deliver results under pressure, meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Exceptional Negotiation and Customer Service Skills: Utilize strong negotiation and customer service skills to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Work autonomously while contributing effectively to the overall team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business success.
- Language Proficiency: Possess strong proficiency in both English and Afrikaans, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Administrative Capabilities: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and administrative capabilities, utilizing technology to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- References and Documentation: Provide contactable references and maintain up-to-date documentation, including pay slips, to support employment verification.
