We are seeking a skilled Key Performance Manager for our New Vehicle Sales department in George. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profitability to meet targets and sales forecast commitments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Profitability: Maximize sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring the achievement of sales forecasts.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and manage the necessary sales organization to meet sales and profitability objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels of vehicles on premises, maintaining a balanced inventory that meets customer demand.
  • Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures to ensure departmental expenses remain within budgetary parameters.
  • Pricing Strategies: Review and optimize pricing policies, discounts, and trade-in deals to maintain dealership profitability.
  • Financial Monitoring: Regularly monitor the financial performance of the sales department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Departmental Goals: Set and achieve departmental goals, including customer satisfaction and expectation targets, while ensuring direct and indirect costs remain within company parameters.
  • Staffing and Training: Determine staffing levels and required training to achieve sales objectives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Floorplan Activities: Monitor and manage floorplan activities, ensuring compliance with company policy requirements.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, adhering to company policy requirements.
  • Back-end Product Sales: Maximizing the sale of back-end products to increase revenue and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager
  • Internet leads and sales experience
  • Valid South African Driver's License
