About the Role

The Sales Performance Director will be responsible for managing a team of client-facing professionals and developing a culture of excellence within the organization. Key performance indicators will include revenue growth, sales pipeline development, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative capabilities

Estimated Salary: R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
