Sales Performance Manager

TalentLink is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to drive business growth and improve sales results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales leads and opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Providing sales training and support to team members
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Obtaining new clients and finding new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining a quality sales pipeline
- Delivering sales targets consistently
- Making and managing sales appointments
- Demo and position our value proposition authoritatively
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Meticulously update all relevant systems and perform the necessary administrative duties required for reporting
- Based on experience in the field, provide input to help shape our value proposition
