Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including automotive service management software. Solid understanding of automotive systems and components, as well as general vehicle maintenance.
