As a Guest Experience Manager at Vhrs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay with us. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary point of contact for guests and tenants, handling inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and issue resolution. You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics, communication, and finance related to rental management.

You will work closely with the real estate team to ensure seamless property management, oversee cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, and supply orders to maintain property standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial oversight, assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure accurate records and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related administrative role, and be comfortable with property management software, Airbnb platforms, and financial tracking tools. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and tech-savviness are essential for this role.
