Job Description

As a Guest Experience Supervisor at Marriott, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to provide exceptional service and ensure that every guest has an enjoyable stay.

You will be responsible for processing all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and form of payment, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. You will also be responsible for setting up accurate accounts for each guest, ensuring rates match market codes, and documenting exceptions.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive excellent service. This includes supplying them with directions and property information, accommodating their requests, and following up to ensure that their needs have been met.

You will work closely with our front desk team to ensure that all guest transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for compiling and reviewing daily reports/logs/contingency lists, completing cashier and closing reports, and balancing and dropping receipts.

We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to lift and move objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds.
