Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Staff Unlimited. As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
About the JobThis role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and customer service. You will work closely with our clients and partners to craft unforgettable experiences that exceed their expectations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and finalize bookings for company accommodation and logistics services
- Maintain relationships with partner clients and travel advisors worldwide
- Participate in product training to stay up-to-date on relevant experiences
- Ensure clients adhere to terms and conditions and make payments
- Provide flawless guest itineraries aligned with our brand promise and business strategy
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the retail travel industry or luxury/lodge hotel experience
- Natural ability to deal with people and strong client focus
- Meticulous, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good geographical knowledge of Africa
- MS Proficiency essential; Springer-miller, WETU, Travelogic, and LeanKit advantageous
