We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Staff Unlimited. As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and customer service. You will work closely with our clients and partners to craft unforgettable experiences that exceed their expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and finalize bookings for company accommodation and logistics services
  • Maintain relationships with partner clients and travel advisors worldwide
  • Participate in product training to stay up-to-date on relevant experiences
  • Ensure clients adhere to terms and conditions and make payments
  • Provide flawless guest itineraries aligned with our brand promise and business strategy

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the retail travel industry or luxury/lodge hotel experience
  • Natural ability to deal with people and strong client focus
  • Meticulous, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good geographical knowledge of Africa
  • MS Proficiency essential; Springer-miller, WETU, Travelogic, and LeanKit advantageous
