Renewable Energy Sales Specialist

Job Description
">As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) product. This includes strategic planning, tactical activities, and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary technical expertise to effectively sell the product.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working collaboratively with all departments to execute.">
- Analyse potential partner relationships for the product and specify market requirements for current products through market research and customer visits.">
- Prepare and present BESS internal reports to executives, sales personnel, and other departments on a regular basis.">
- Manage sales and promotional resources to achieve targeted sales within an agreed period.">
- Act as the point of first reference for all product-related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Product Development & Technical to address any issues that may arise.">
- Responsible for preparing product forecasts and monitoring the market for tenders, enquiries, and other sales opportunities.">
Requirements
">We are looking for a candidate with:

- A relevant tertiary degree or work experience, preferably in renewable energy solutions.">
- No less than 3 years of relevant sales and business development experience.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
- Assertive / Persuasive abilities.">
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.">
- The ability to work well under pressure and ensure consistency and accuracy of message.">
- Deliver unified, consistent brand messages to all stakeholders.">
- Support teams with valuable, targeted programs to drive business growth.">
- Ability to travel to customer and non-customer sites in Southern Africa.">

Salary
