Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Administrative Liaison to support our marketing department and contribute to general content updates on our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in administration tasks to support the marketing department.
  2. Assist in general content updates on our website.
  3. Help organize staff-related conferences, workshops, events, and marketing campaign reporting.
  4. Communicate with printing companies on print jobs to ensure deadlines are met.
  5. Assist in managing promotional items and social media community.
  6. Responsible for event management.
  7. Assist with copywriting for client or prospect mailers, leaflets, brochures, and social media posts.
  8. Compile a PowerPoint slide show for monthly marketing reports.

Requirements:

  1. Must have 5 or more years' experience in marketing, communication, or branding.
  2. MS Office: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  3. Understanding of Canva and Survey Monkey or similar tools (advantageous).
  4. Own vehicle and South African Drivers' License.
