Sales Business Developer

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer acquisition and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
* Monitor sales progress, provide timely updates, and handle customer inquiries to ensure seamless communication.
* Process customer orders accurately, coordinate with logistics and production, and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
* Maintain customer records, grow key client relationships, and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and identify trends for improvement to drive business growth.
**Requirements:**
* Proven sales experience (3-5 years) with a strong presence and a track record of meeting targets.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in MS software and sales tools (Salesforce, Excel).
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* High energy, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
