Business Development Manager

A luxury lodge and hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to drive new business development and maintain key client relationships, represented by NexChapter Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the brand and services to maximize growth by acquiring new clients and securing contracts.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including sourcing and closing new business, relationship management, maintaining a client database, and conducting business presentations and workshops.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Matric (A tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing is advantageous).
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in hospitality sales with a successful track record, particularly in corporate sales.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confident in leading professional presentations and meetings.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a self-motivated, dynamic approach.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid South African ID and driver's license.
- Willingness to travel and attend after-hours functions as needed.
