Technical Support Specialist

**Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IOCO. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our business users, ensuring that our software runs smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolve Incidents: Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Fulfil Service Requests: Provide assistance to business users with their technical requirements.
- Identify Recurring Issues: Analyze and identify recurring technical issues and feed into Problem Management.
- End-to-End Communication: Communicate effectively with business users on outstanding issues.
- Task Completion: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly task lists and email to the Service Delivery Manager on time.
Requirements:
- Desktop Support: Minimum 1+ years of experience in desktop support.
- Microsoft Office Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Microsoft Active Directory: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
Qualifications:
- Matric Maths / N3 Qualification: Matric Maths or a Full N3 Qualification including Maths.
- Certificate or Diploma in IT: Certificate or Diploma in IT.
- Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Certification or Microsoft Certified Professional Certification.

- Travel: Must have own vehicle.
