Dutch Language Customer Service Representative

At Black Pen Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a Dutch speaking customer service and sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the airline industry.
Job Summary:We are looking for a customer service and sales professional who is fluent in Dutch and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the airline industry via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Native level fluency in Dutch language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
- Fully paid product and systems training provided.
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).
- Probation period: 4 months
