Job Title : Regional Sales Growth Manager

At Tetra Pak, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in a specific territory within our market company. The successful candidate will identify, prioritize and pursue business opportunities with new customer prospects, aligning their account plans to Tetra Pak's objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Maintain relevant industry mapping within the assigned territory and create prospection plans
  • Manage sales teams to identified prospects in the assigned territory
  • Develop customer relationships during the start-up phase
  • Deploy portfolio strategies
Requirements :
  • Hold a relevant qualification or degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B business development and/or sales
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of generating new business
  • Understand local markets, customers, and categories to identify opportunities
  • Ability to assess and qualify opportunities with other functions
About the Role :
  • Competitive salary range: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum
