African Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to drive the growth of our clients and potential clients through relationships. As an African Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients, monitoring their spending to ensure that country targets are met, and addressing client enquiries in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the African market, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and seize growth opportunities. You will have a proven track record in Client Relationship Management in Southern Africa, with at least 3 years' work experience in Sales in the Southern Africa market.

Key Performance Areas include driving the growth of our clients and potential clients, providing ongoing education to clients about new features and updates, and gathering market trends and competitor activities. You will also be responsible for identifying potential new clients and developing strategies for onboarding these potential clients and converting them into active clients.

Benefits include a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, based on the location and the requirements of the role, as well as travel opportunities to different African regions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
