Regional Business Growth Manager

As a Regional Business Growth Manager at Quality Connect Staffing, you will play a critical role in driving revenue streams, profitability, and volume growth for our direct accounts in South Africa.
About the Position:
- Responsibilities include managing potential channel conflict, developing processes to measure, track, report, and communicate account performance, penetrating competitor markets, conducting cold calling at new/potential customers, analysing market potentials, tracking sales and status reports, meeting and exceeding sales budgets, establishing, promoting, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- A successful candidate will require a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid un-endorsed driver's license and willingness to travel are also essential requirements for this role
