  • Handling of petty cash – Disbursements, receiving cash, reconciliation to General Ledger.
  • Handling and reconciliation of credit card payments and receipts.
  • Attend to all account queries.
  • Credit Checks on TransUnion.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Generate purchase orders to suppliers.
  • GVR's materials received and capturing supplier invoices.
  • Purchasing all consumables.
  • Job Card management systems implementation (must be good with Admin).
  • Stores and stock management.
  • Basic HR Management.
  • Reporting.
