Sales Regional Field Operations Specialist

About the Role:

You will be part of the sales team responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies that will deliver on the revenue requirements of the company. The main purpose of this position is to ensure growth within the channels. Additionally, you will manage agents to drive distribution within buying groups and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business planning process from beginning to end.
  • Align the business plan with company objectives.
  • Achieve set revenue targets for categories within selected markets.
  • Implementation and tracking of forward-looking performance metrics.
  • Build and develop plans by region, by customer to achieve customer growth in volume and value in line with the monthly budget process - in collaboration with the key account management team.
  • Strong cross-functional influencing skills required to drive business initiatives within the region.
  • Deliver and implement distribution plans to increase numeric distribution in current and new outlets.
  • Manage regional agents operationally.
  • Ensure operational excellence of all planned activities, and execution of in-store promotions.
  • Regular feedback to the company on the state of business in the region.
  • Monthly business analysis and implementation of course corrections.

Experience you'll bring:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in key accounts and sales operations background.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • P&L management.
  • Microsoft and AC Nielsen. SAP (BW) an advantage.
