About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Oxyon People Solutions. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth through the development, planning, and execution of sales strategies for our company's equipment in the South Africa, Gauteng region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to promote the growth of our company's product portfolio and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Manage sales leads through to closure and monitor against approved budgets to ensure financial results are on, or ideally above, target.
  • Customer Engagement: Present and demonstrate our company's product range and associated benefits to customers and dealers.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate sales contracts and associated product supply milestones.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the region, industry, and customer needs and requirements.
  • Product Implementation: Supervise the implementation of new products and features.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows and collaborate with the Marketing Communications Group.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts as required.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE), Ethics & Compliance policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Land Surveying (Geomatics) or Engineering Survey
  • Experience: 5 years of commercial experience in Land Surveying, Mapping, and analysis
  • Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency, excellent English language skills written and verbal, proven industry experience in selling products and services to end users or applied knowledge of implementing solutions in the construction industry, knowledge of a wide range of surveying equipment and the requirements of customers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions, entrepreneurial drive, strong work ethic, willingness to travel for business, and adherence to our parent company values.
