Job Responsibilities

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the payroll department, ensuring that all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the payroll team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payments, including salary, benefits, and tax deductions
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including employment equity, UIF, and PAYE
  • Developing and implementing effective payroll processes and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees and management
