Lead Client Account Strategist

ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The Senior Account Manager serves as a crucial link between the Client and the broader Incubeta team. This role involves supporting Account Directors with daily account management tasks, ensuring that all campaigns and solutions are effectively managed from initiation to completion, and striving to surpass client expectations.
The Senior Account Manager is tasked with cultivating and maintaining strong, productive relationships with key Client contacts, as well as collaborating with internal team members who contribute to the delivery of successful services and solutions.
This position entails overseeing the daily operations of client accounts, which includes organizing meetings, documenting and distributing minutes, managing project timelines, and handling both internal and external communications, as well as billing and administrative tasks.

The Senior Account Manager is accountable for the seamless operation and effective management of the Client's business across all pertinent services, ensuring that all of Incubeta's campaigns, digital solutions, and projects are executed promptly, efficiently, and successfully.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the client's business as well as Incubeta's service offerings, enabling them to interpret client requests and translate them into actionable briefs for our delivery team. They will excel in building collaborative relationships with both Clients and internal teams, demonstrating a commitment to delivering impactful solutions that advance both the Client's and Incubeta's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for designated clients.
- Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients at a senior level.
- Comprehend clients' business goals and devise customized digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess campaign performance and strategize future initiatives.
- Effectively manage account escalations both internally and externally.
- Campaign Management:
- Design, implement, and enhance digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, GMP, social media, and creative enablement).
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee budgets and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content, paid media) to guarantee campaign success.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that campaigns are executed according to brief and achieve intended performance outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet client performance targets.
- Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for clients.
- Formulate and present comprehensive digital marketing strategies to clients.
- Remain informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Compile detailed performance reports and maintain accurate client reporting dashboards.
- Analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Utilize insights to refine and enhance ongoing campaigns.
- Lead, develop, and present key client reporting engagements (Select Campaigns, Quarterly Review & Annual Reviews) in person.
- Client Education and Support:
- Inform clients about digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Provide training and support on digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency context.
- Demonstrated success in managing, advising, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to thrive in a client-facing environment, with a track record of managing and enhancing relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that add value and impact to client accounts.
- Possession of own transport and a valid driver's license.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, display advertising).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data.
- Capability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- Creative thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Proficient in Google Product Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs, LookerStudio).
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with Harvest Time Management.
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Meta Blueprint Certifications.
- Google Analytics 4 Certifications.
- Certifications in Google Marketing Platform Media Modules (DV360, CM360, SA360).

- Able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
