About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Client Strategist to join our team at EyeCarePro. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our esteemed B2B clientele within the vision industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advocacy: Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients, acting as their champion and advocate for their best interests.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Bridge the gap between clients and product managers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment by ensuring alignment on goals, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data from diverse sources to extract valuable insights, utilizing these insights to refine strategies, establish new goals, and optimize client success.
  • Growth Catalyst: Develop innovative client solutions that drive measurable growth, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to propel client businesses forward.
  • Industry Expertise: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the vision industry, particularly the specific needs of each client, tailoring solutions to maximize impact and achieve optimal results.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Oversee complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on timely execution and high-quality deliverables that demonstrably contribute to ROI.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a cognate field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in account service or client project management.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of demonstrably linking strategic goals to positive ROI.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated passion for staying abreast of current trends within the vision industry, possessing a strong understanding of potentially complex topics relevant to B2B clients.
